'Left-handedness may contribute to some of the worst characters in human history', according to the father of criminology circa 1903, but what does the science tell us about left-handedness versus right-handedness.

The first guest is Associate Professor Stephen Kent, Head of the School of Psychological Science at La Trobe University, who works in the field of psychoneuroimmunology - how the brain, behaviour, and immune system interact.

The second guest is Associate Professor Richard Manasseh, from the Department of Mechanical and Product Design Engineering at Swinburne University of Technology. A team of fluid dynamicists and biochemists at Swinburne have been exploiting ultrasound physics to separate the fat from milk. See more here.
